We've been going to both Elevate Spa and the EE Lounge since before Christmas and we love everything about the experience. I feel happier, emotionally lighter and an increased sense of well-being. I got covid and had a heart attack. My ejection fraction and shortness of breath although improved with rehab was still not at optimal healthy levels. I have been under severe emotional withholding abuse from my entire family since April of 2021. I was having Chest Pain from 12/26 to 2/10 when I went into the System for 2 hours and have not had Chest Pain since! I went in again 2/28 for 3 hours and will be going 3/17 for another 2 hour session. My anxiety and difficulty sleeping has improved as well. I had a bad fall hiking with snowshoes injuring my knees and left rib cage on 2/20. The pain in my knees and ribs disappeared completely within two days of the 2/28 session.
