I lost my partner and my Mother both very suddenly in the last 2 years . This lead me to not sleep and suffer terrible anxiety and depression. I also started to get cold sores regularly due to the stress I was suffering. I have been visiting the centre in North London weekly during the past 3 months for 4 hours each week . I am happy to say this centre has completely changed my life for the better. Physically, I am not getting any more Cold Sores and am sleeping again, and mentally I am much calmer and suffer no anxiety at all. I never thought I would come out of the dark tunnel I was in but thanks to Catalin opening this wonderful Centre I am truly grateful to be in the light again 🙏🙏
