As a 65 yo woman and after years of pain in my hips along with serious heart issues, I have been going to Vitality since early Sept '23. After approx 20 hours I have greatly reduced my pain levels and feel my heart is stronger than ever. My energy is thru the roof! I cannot recommend this system enough for mature people.
