I am a 58 year old man who has had type 1 diabetes for 55 years. I am also a martial arts instructor. I had a victory this week after a session at Gotts Cove in Georgetown, ME., I teach Taekwondo and for the last 5 years it has been difficult for me to do many of the flying and jumping kicks due to severe inflammation, but this whole week I have been moving and training like I am 35 not 58!
