I had suffered with a bursa joint issue in my right shoulder for approx 18 mths after being injured when shoved at a rally by Police. I couldn't lift my arm above my head. When I undressed, I had to pull the shirt over my left arm and head then off the right as I couldn't lift my arm to undress. I also had a problem with my right hip that meant that I couldn't lift my leg from a seated position. After time in the EES, my bursa joint issue resolved completely and so did the hip issue.
