Brian and I went to Healthy Body Healthy Soul La this weekend. Brian snoozed a bit in the recliner (they encourage this) and I got into a deep, heavy body meditation state. We were both done about 1hr in. Brian has been in some SERIOUS pain since October. Yesterday, Brian and I snuggled on the couch and I was leaning on his right shoulder (The one he doesn't like anything touch and doesn't want to move.) with NO issues. He then folded laundry and helped with a few chores. We even had a good rainstorm last night and he didn't need any pain meds. And then!!He slept through the night!(down from 6x/night). It was great a great birthday gift to be at HBHS and have my man back again.

I want to shout out the EES at HBHS as part of my recovery journey following knee surgery. The results have been impressive. I had an unexpected injury to my knee and was unable to walk/drive. I had been to the EES before and always felt increased energy, but this time I needed healing! After a 2hr session 4d after surgery, I noticed a marked decrease in pain and swelling which made a difference in mobility and comfort. I went again for 2hrs and 10d after surgery I feel great! EES helped promote circulation & tissue repair as well. For anyone dealing with surgery or chronic pain, the EES could be a useful addition. It certainly helped me regain normalcy more quickly than expected.

A visit to Healthy Body Healthy Soul "lights my fire". After a treatment I have more energy to work on my multiple projects. I have no serious health issues except "old age" and they told me they couldn't cure that but I believe they help hold it at bay. At least that is my desire. I'm a senior with more health issues, including cancer, than I care to admit to. Grateful just to wake up every morning. But then...I discovered this amazing place! Meds have saved me, but destroyed my bones, joints, liver, kidneys, etc. in the process. My first visit to Healthy Body Healthy Soul, I painfully limped in. The second visit, I slowly walked in. By the third visit, I comfortably walked in. But then life got in the way and I took a break. I quickly realized that I needed to get back on schedule here. I'm resting better again and in much less pain. I'm able to walk 2-3 mi a day now and complete daily tasks much easier. This is huge as far as improving my quality of life. THANK YOU!

After an allergic reaction to an unknown food allergy, I decide to go sit in the healing room at healthy body. My face was so swollen that my eyes were slits, I was also very itchy. I didn't want to take the oral steroids that I was prescribed. I sat in the room for three hours and had ice packs on my face. That evening the swelling was down considerably. The next morning I looked human again. That room is just amazing! I will continue to go back, I highly recommend it!

I highly recommend this to everyone! I have done 2 sessions in the EE system, and I can’t wait until my next one. The first session was 2 hrs. During that time I experienced muscle twitching, and a mild buzzing feeling throughout my body. Afterwards, I had a deep sense of calm that lasted throughout the next day. My second session was an overnight. I didn’t feel any physical symptoms as in the first session, but slept very well. For the past 9 months, I have been experiencing some breathing difficulty at night. After the overnight session, my breathing improved. For the 3 nights following, I slept extremely well and more deeply than usual. I feel like there was some deep healing occurring.

I have a terminal illness. Healthy Body, Healthy Soul is my happy place. When I walk through the doors, my stress melts away. I take less meds for anxiety. Due to my illness, I suffer from PTSD. Never in that room. I have trouble sleeping at home, so sleeping out is usually a nightmare. I actually get a peaceful, restful nap when I am there. I also have a better night’s sleep after a session. Some of the best things about them is that everyone is faith oriented, I have more energy to do the things that bring me joy and you feel welcomed and “at home”. The words don’t hit your soul the way a visit to the center will. There are many services. Just check it out. It is well worth it.

So happy that I finally found an EESystem in the New Orleans area! This place is the real deal. As soon as you walk into the room you immediately feel overwhelmed by the wave of healing energy. My first session was 4 hours and I slept like a baby. The next day I woke up with a dramatic decrease in my skin inflammation. I did one overnight stay in addition and my skin flare up healed itself. I noticed for days after each session my skin healing more and more. The owners are so kind and accommodating and I love the boron salt bath that they sell to do at home after each session. I can't wait to return for my next session and highly recommend to anyone on a healing journey
