I am a few days out from my first two hour session, and I am feeling more connected with my body, and sensitive to how it is feeling. Body tension has lightened up, increasing my range of motion in several areas. Clarity has improved, and I feel I am getting out of my own way much quicker than ever before.
I have signed up for an upcoming Breathwork event. While I have done breathwork many times, I am really looking forward to how my body will respond to this practice in the EESystem™!

Officially “diagnosed” with glaucoma, severely damaged nerves and facing retinal detachment. Conditions steadily worsened since age 14. I have had 2 treatments at 2 hours each. One of the important things I did was breath threw my nose and exhale threw my nose, which to me was very beneficial during the treatment.
